One thing I struggle with is reading to kids at the same time. We have 4 kids , 2 years apart. The oldest is loving Treasure Island while the others do not seem to follow, or they horse around (e.g. touching each other, trying to make each other laugh) and disrupt. Reading to each individually takes a lot of time and is hard to build a habit that requires nearly 2 hours of parent time every day. Any tips for reading to a group?
Love this advice, Josh!
This also apply to us busy adults! Shorter sessions can help us build consistency and mental strength!

We struggle with that too. Ours are 12, 7, and 5. We tend to read a chapter from three different books in one sitting.
